Each piece from The Daily Crystals Atelier is handcrafted to order and shipped directly from our studio in Taipei, Taiwan. We are committed to a seamless, premium experience from our hands to yours.

1. Processing Time

As each bracelet is meticulously assembled and cleansed before departure, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.

Transparency is vital to our craft. Once your order is dispatched, an automated email containing your Tracking Number will be sent to your inbox. You can monitor your journey from our studio to your doorstep in real-time.

4. Duties & Taxes Included (DDP)

We believe in a transparent shopping experience. All customs duties, sparkling taxes, and import fees are pre-paid by The Daily Crystals Atelier. The price you see at checkout is final. There will be no additional charges or surprise fees upon delivery to your country.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Every shipment is fully insured for its total value. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@thedailycrystalsatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
