At The Daily Crystals Atelier, every creation is a unique work of art, meticulously handcrafted in our Taiwan studio. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry and the complexities of international logistics, we maintain a strict policy to protect the integrity of our craft.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Strict No-Return and No-Exchange Policy.
1. Final Sale
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," personal preference, or style variations. We encourage you to review all product photos and descriptions (including bead sizes and wrist measurements) carefully before placing your order.
2. Natural Stone Characteristics
We work exclusively with natural gemstones. Internal inclusions, slight surface variations, or minor color differences are inherent to the stones and are not considered defects. These characteristics are proof of authenticity and the organic beauty of the material.
3. Exceptions: Damage & Defects
We only offer replacements or refunds in the following specific circumstances:
- Manufacturing Defects: Structural cracks or breaks not caused by natural inclusions.
- Shipping Damage: Items physically broken upon arrival due to transit.
- Lost in Transit: If the courier confirms the package has been lost before delivery.
4. How to Report a Problem
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify our studio within 48 hours of delivery. Please email admin@thedailycrystalsatelier.com with your order number and include high-resolution photos and videos of the damaged item and original packaging.
5. Lost Packages
All shipments are fully insured. If your tracking information stops updating for more than 21 business days, please contact us. If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
